Maimoto Keisuke is a virtual live streamer (VTuber) affiliated with Nijisanji, a virtual liver group operated by ANYCOLOR, Inc. Nijisanji began as an alpha tester for a virtual live streaming app in February 2018, and its identity as a liver group solidified from March of that year onward. Activities center on live streaming, covering a wide range of content such as casual talk, game commentary, and karaoke broadcasts.

Unlike many virtual YouTubers of the time who relied on 3D models and pre-recorded videos, Nijisanji was known for a livestream-focused style using 2D models, which is said to have influenced later virtual YouTuber culture significantly. Maimoto Keisuke streams within this format as well, and the broad variety of his content, ranging from casual chat to gaming and singing, is often noted as a defining feature of his activity.
