Bakugou KatsukiAI Chat, Roleplay & x Reader (My Hero Academia)

Katsuki Bakugo is one of the main protagonists of the manga series My Hero Academia. His hero name is Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight. His Quirk, Explosion, lets him create explosions from his hands by detonating a nitroglycerin-like substance he sweats; overusing it causes a pulsating pain in his arms and shoulders. Over the course of the series, he learns various ways to apply this Quirk in combat. As a child, he bullied his childhood best friend, the Quirkless Izuku Midoriya, and gave him the nickname Deku. After both entered U.A. High School and Bakugo lost to Izuku in training, he began to see him differently. He is later kidnapped by the League of Villains, and during the rescue All Might loses his Quirk; Bakugo blamed himself for All Might's retirement, though All Might later reassured him it was not his fault. He becomes one of the few people who knows the true nature of Izuku's Quirk, trusted with the secret by both Izuku and All Might.

His appeal lies in his development throughout the series and his relationship with Izuku, both of which have drawn praise from critics. The voice performances in both the Japanese and English versions have also been well received. He has consistently ranked in the series' popularity polls, most commonly placing first. Fans have drawn comparisons between him and Vegeta from the Dragon Ball franchise.
